Multi Trade Operative

Fraser Edwards is working with a leading social housing contractor to recruit an experienced Carpenter or Plumber Multi Trade Operatives for a long-term contract covering Coventry and Nuneaton areas This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Multi Trade Operative capabilities and experience in social housing maintenance. You will be responsible for carrying out a range of responsive repairs, planned maintenance and refurbishment works, ensuring properties are safe, well-maintained and completed to a high standard. The successful candidate will be reliable, self-motivated and confident working independently, with a strong focus on quality workmanship and excellent customer service when interacting with residents, clients and colleagues. The Role Key Responsibilities Carpentry: Hanging doors, fitting skirting boards and architraves, and undertaking general carpentry repairs. Plumbing: Replacing taps, basins and toilets, identifying and locating leaks, diagnosing plumbing faults, and completing minor repairs. Kitchen and Bathroom Refurbishments: Carrying out repair, refurbishment and improvement works. Tiling Repairs: Completing minor tiling repairs in kitchens and bathrooms. Patch Plastering: Undertaking minor plastering repairs to achieve a smooth, professional finish. Snagging Works: Identifying and rectifying defects to ensure all work meets the required quality standards. PDA Usage: Accurately recording jobs, repairs and completed works using a PDA.
