The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out responsive repairs, maintenance and refurbishment works within occupied and void residential properties. You will need to be confident working independently, delivering a high standard of workmanship and providing excellent customer service to residents. Key Responsibilities Carry out a range of multi-trade repairs and maintenance within residential properties. Complete responsive repairs, planned maintenance and minor refurbishment works. Undertake basic plumbing, carpentry, patch plastering, tiling and other general building works. Diagnose faults and determine the appropriate repair or remedial action.
