Location: London | Salary: £39000 - £40000/annum Company Van | Type: Permanent | I am working with a New Homes Developer who have residential developments within the M25. They are looking for a Multi Trade Operative to join their team ideally with 5+ years residential maintenance experience. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of construction and ability to problem-solve with defects, likely to come from a background in the trades e.g. Painting, Decorating, Carpentry and Joinery.
