Job Title: Multi Trade OperativeJob Type: Permanent, Full-TimeSector: Property ServicesLocation: London Borough of BrentHours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 5:00 pm Pay Rate: 42,020.00 per annumWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join a well-established local contractor specialising in social housing maintenance. This is a long-term position carrying out high-quality repairs, maintenance and refurbishment works across a range of domestic social housing properties.Responsibilities:Carrying out a variety of responsive repairs across void and occupied social housing properties. Repairing or replacing skirting boards, architraves, internal door frames, locks, handles, and hinges. Identifying and resolving minor plumbing issues, including leaks, taps, and blocked sinks. Completing patch plastering and making good damaged walls or ceilings. Undertaking wall and floor tiling repairs, including grouting and sealing. Painting and decorating to a high professional standard following repair works. Providing excellent customer service and representing the company positively.
