The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of general maintenance and remedial repairs, ensuring properties are restored to a high standard and disrepair issues are resolved efficiently. Daily Responsibilities: Carrying out planned and reactive legal disrepair works within occupied residential properties. Undertaking a variety of multi-trade repairs including plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating, patch plastering, and general maintenance. Diagnosing property defects and completing remedial works in line with disrepair schedules. Ensuring all repairs are completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
