We are looking for a Multi trade operative in the Goole area to work on a permanent contract for a well-established social housing contractor. You will be working on the repairs and maintenance team, where a company van and fuel card will be supplied from day one!
As a Multi trade operative, you will complete:
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Patch plastering
- Tiling
- Painting & Decorating
- Maintenance works in occupied properties
We are looking for a Multi trade operative who:
- Holds a qualification in either Carpentry or Plumbing
- Has relevant experience within social housing
- Holds a full UK driving licence
- Has their own tools
In return, the Multi trade operative will receive:
- -33,000 base salary
- -1,500 yearly productivity bonus
- Company van & fuel card
- Call out options - earn up to -9,000 extra per year
- Permanent employment
