Description

As a Multi Trader, you''ll carry out a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across both occupied and vacant properties. Your day-to-day work may include:

• Carpentry
• Joinery
• Groundworks
• Tiling
• Plastering
• Plumbing
• Painting & Decorating

Profile

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a recognised trade
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Proven experience in one or more of the listed trades
• Strong customer service skills and a professional approach
• Previous experience working in social housing
• Commitment to safe working practices and compliance with health & safety regulations
