Multi Trade Operative

We are looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative with fire door experience to join a well-established Housing association in the black country area. This temp to perm contract will be covering areas surrounding the black country.

As a Multi Trade Operative you will be:

• Interacting with tenants and working in reactive properties
• Fitting fire doors aswell as completing other trade duties
• Install and repair domestic appliances
• Completing jobs from a plastering, Plumbing back ground

As a Multi Trade Operative you will need:

• Previous experience in social housing
• Full driving licence
• Own set of tools
• Proof of your carpentry Qualification
• Previous experience or tickets in firedoors
