Multi-Trade Operative / Handyperson
Location: London

We''re looking for an experienced and skilled Multi-Trade Operative. This role suits someone with a solid background across multiple trades such as carpentry, painting, plastering, basic plumbing, tiling and repairs. The successful candidates will take pride in delivering quality work safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake repairs across multiple trades
  • Inspect buildings to identify maintenance needs and suggest suitable solutions
  • Work in line with current safety regulations and building standards
  • Keep work areas tidy, organised, and compliant with health and safety procedures
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues, clients, and site teams

About You:

  • Minimum 5 years'' experience in a handyman or multi-trade position
  • Confident using hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Strong practical problem-solving and fault-finding abilities
  • Able to read and follow plans, work orders, and technical instructions
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Own a set of basic trade tools
  • Physically fit and capable of manual work
  • Valid CSCS card (Blue CSCS Preferable)
  • 1 recent work reference (required)
