Multi Trade Operative

We are currently looking for Multi Trade Operative in the Colchester area, to work a well-established social housing contractor on the reactive maintenance team. This is a permanent role, where a company van and fuel card will be supplied from day one!

As a Multi Trade Operative you will complete:

• All aspects of carpentry
• All aspects of plumbing
• UPVC windows & doors
• Patch plastering
• Tiling
• Painting & Decorating

We are looking for a Multi Trade Operative who:

• Has a full UK driving licence
• Ideally has a qualification in a relevant trade
• Has relevant industry experience
• Has relevant experience within social housing

In return, the Multi Trade Operative will receive:

• -32,800 basic salary
• Company van & fuel card
• Power tools provided
• Call outs available
• 20 days annual leave plus bank holiday
• Pension scheme
• Permanent employment
