Multiskilled Operative - Cornwall
 

We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Multiskilled Operative to provide a maintenance service on minor works projects in Social Housing properties. Travelling all around Cornwall to do all manner of minor domestic maintenance work so someone based centrally would be desirable but not essential as long as you are ok with some travelling.

Benefits:

Temp to perm role offering £34-36,000 per annum plus van and fuel card.

20 hours holiday plus bank holidays.

Weekly pay.

Healthcare 

Multiskilled Operative Day to Day:

• All aspects of maintenance work on social housing properties
• Minor works
• Completing a variety of works in various trades to the spec required
• Good plumbing skills would be desirable
• Tiling, carpentry, minor plumbing, painting, tiling, some external works etc
• Driving a work van safely and responsibly
• Dealing with customers when required keeping them informed and happy with the work 
• Reporting to your supervisor

Multiskilled Operative Requirements:

• Good multi-trade experience
• Good attitude
• Honest and reliable
• Plumbing or Carpentry qualification/ core trade desirable
• Social housing/ domestic maintenance experience
• Full UK driving license

Our client will do a DBS check due to the nature of the work.
