You will be based in Plymouth and covering the local area, possibly Exeter and North Devon when required.    This is a temp role for 3 months initially to help with clearing work load.    Paid CIS through an umbrella company £20ph.     Multiskilled Operative Day to Day: Maintenance work in MOD properties Completing a variety of works in various trades Tiling, carpentry, minor plumbing, painting, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling, some external works etc Working quickly and efficiently Communicating with your supervisor Using your own van and tools   Multiskilled Operative Requirements: Good multi-trade experience Good attitude Honest and reliable Ideally social housing/ MOD experience   The successful candidate will have to do a DBS check and a BPSS security check.
