Multi Trade Operative Required - Gloucester/ Cheltenham Experienced Multi Trade Operative required in the Gloucester/ Cheltenham areas to work with a busy and reputable contractor on a new reactive maintenance contract on social housing properties in the Gloucester and Cheltenham areas. This is a really exciting permanent opportunity with a salary of £34,320 per annum plus a van, fuel card and 20 days holiday bank holidays and a pay day every 2 weeks. Multi Trade Operative Day to Day:All aspects of multi trade work on social housing propertiesCompleting a variety of works in various tradesDisrepair and maintenance dutiesCarpentry, masonry, minor plumbing, decorating etc.Dealing with customers and making them feel at easeDriving a company van safelyReporting to your supervisor Multi Trade Operative Requirements:Good multi trade experience Good all round tradesmanGood attitudeHonest and reliableFull UK driving licenseDBS will be done for successful candidate This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and well liked contractor and have continuous work in the Gloucester Area.
