This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled, multi-trade operative who takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs and providing excellent customer service in tenants'' homes. Key Duties: Carry out a range of reactive repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties. Complete works across multiple trades, including carpentry, basic plumbing & wet trades Carry out repairs to doors, locks, skirting, architraves, kitchens, flooring and other general property maintenance. Diagnose and complete repairs efficiently, ensuring work is completed to a high standard. Work safely and professionally while providing a high level of customer service to tenants.
