Multi Trader Reactive Maintenance (Social Housing) HA and UB post codes Van and Fuel Card ProvidedWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader to join a busy Reactive Maintenance team, carrying out repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties across Harrow and Uxbridge This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled, multi-trade operative who takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs and providing excellent customer service in tenants'' homes.Key Duties:Carry out a range of reactive repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties.Complete works across multiple trades, including carpentry, basic plumbing and wet tradesCarry out repairs to doors, locks, skirting, architraves, kitchens, flooring and other general property maintenance.Diagnose and complete repairs efficiently, ensuring work is completed to a high standard.Work safely and professionally while providing a high level of customer service to tenants.Complete all required paperwork and job updates accurately.Requirements:Proven experience as a Multi Trader or Multi Skilled Operative within reactive maintenance.Previous experience working within social housing or occupied properties.NVQ Level 2 or equivalent trade qualification.Full UK driving licence.Please apply or contact Kiera Troutt on (phone number removed) or (url removed) for further ..... full job details .....
