An excellent opportunity to start a long term position with a growing Cornwall based construction contractor. They provide a variety of trade services within the house building industry.  They pride themselves on delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service, as a small but busy team of skilled professional trades. Day to day: To work across multiple sites that are located roughly within one hour of mid Cornwall. Deliver snagging, finishings and minor works in houses. Taking on occupied and unoccupied odd jobs on new build homes. Working from an application and staying in regular communication to pick up your day to day jobs. Delivering carpentry, painting, patching, mastic, tiling, plastering, boarding, depending on your skill set.  Repair different marked and pre identified basic new build snags. You could be collaborating with team members or working independently. Requirements: NVQ''s as a trade are preferable but not essential. CSCS card is essential.
