Day to day duties: Carrying out reactive plumbing repairs in occupied properties Undertaking 1st and 2nd fix plumbingFixing leaks and leak detectionInstalling bath panels, pipe work, tapsProviding high levels of customer care at all timesGeneral Carpentry repairsWall tilingPainting and DecoratingGeneral PlasteringRole Criteria:Core Trade in PlumbingExperience in Plastering, Tiling, Painting and Decorating and CarpentryWorked within social housingUK Full driving licenseCandidates should be aware that all our roles are subject to relevant Background, Identity and Security checks before commencement of employment. To drive a company, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
