The Role Complete a wide range of multi-trade repairs, including carpentry, plumbing and masonry. Carry out internal and external repairs across residential properties and communal areas. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a professional standard. Liaise with residents and colleagues, keeping customers informed throughout the repair process. Complete repairs within required timescales and aim to resolve jobs first time wherever possible. Accurately record work completed, materials used and job progress using mobile/tablet systems.
