This is a mobile role where you'll work across a variety of sites, carrying out a range of trade and building fabric activities. Travel and overnight stays will be required, with accommodation, food allowance and travel expenses fully covered. We're looking for practical, hands-on operatives who can turn their hand to a variety of tasks and take pride in delivering high-quality work. The Role • General building fabric maintenance • Planned and reactive repairs • Joinery and carpentry works • Fire door repairs and adjustments • Flooring, ceilings and partitioning works • Basic plumbing and multi-trade repairs • Refurbishment and improvement projects • Working across multiple client sites throughout the UK What We're Looking For • Previous multi-trade, maintenance or building fabric experience • Ability to undertake a variety of trades and repairs • Valid CSCS Card essential •...
