Multi-Trade Operative

Salary: -34,000 per annum
Benefits: Company van and fuel card provided for business travel

We''re looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative with exceptional plastering skills, alongside the ability to carry out a range of maintenance and repair works, including:

• Carpentry repairs and maintenance
• Basic plumbing repairs
• Flooring repairs and installations
• Wall and floor tiling
• Painting and decorating
• General property maintenance

The role involves working across a social housing portfolio, carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance on both occupied and void properties.

We''re looking for someone with:

• Experience working within domestic or social housing environments
• Strong multi-trade skills, particularly in plastering
• The ability to complete repairs to a high standard and within agreed timescales
• Good customer service and communication skills
• A full UK driving licence
• A strong understanding of health and safety practices
