      <description>Location: Cambridge | Salary: 40000.00-40000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | We are recruiting on behalf of a leading property maintenance contractor for experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to join a well-established social housing maintenance team covering Cambridge, Peterborough, and the wider East Anglia region. Company Van and Fuel Card Provided  Carry out plastering repairs to a high standard. Complete a variety of general property maintenance tasks. Undertake plumbing repairs and minor installations. Carry out carpentry repairs and basic joinery works. Diagnose faults and deliver effective, long-lasting repairs. Work efficiently within occupied residential properties. Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard. Accurately update job information using PDA/mobile technology. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with residents.  Requirements  Plumbing experience and qualifications. Carpentry experience and qualifications. NVQ, City and Guilds, or Diploma in Carpentry or Plumbing. CSCS Card. Experience using PDA/mobile working systems.</description>
