The Role As a Multi-Trade Operative, you''ll be responsible for carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance across a portfolio of occupied properties. Key Responsibilities Carry out plastering repairs to a high standard (NVQ Level 2 required) Undertake plumbing repairs and minor installations Complete carpentry repairs and basic joinery works Perform a variety of general property maintenance tasks Diagnose faults and provide effective, long-lasting repairs Work independently and as part of a wider team Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and customer service standards Use PDA/mobile technology to manage and complete jobs accurately What We''re Looking For Essential Skills and Experience (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent) Experience working within occupied or tenanted properties Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Confident using PDA/mobile job management systems Full UK Manual ..... full job details .....
