Multi-Trade Operative

Salary: 34,000 per annum Benefits: Company van and fuel card provided for business travel We''re looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative with exceptional plastering skills, alongside the ability to carry out a range of maintenance and repair works, including: Carpentry repairs and maintenance Basic plumbing repairs Flooring repairs and installations Wall and floor tiling Painting and decorating General property maintenance The role involves working across a social housing portfolio, carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance on both occupied and void properties.
