Multi-Trade Operative

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading property maintenance contractor for experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to join a well-established social housing maintenance team covering Cambridge, Peterborough, and the wider East Anglia region.

Company Van & Fuel Card Provided

• Carry out plastering repairs to a high standard.
• Complete a variety of general property maintenance tasks.
• Undertake plumbing repairs and minor installations.
• Carry out carpentry repairs and basic joinery works.
• Diagnose faults and deliver effective, long-lasting repairs.
• Work efficiently within occupied residential properties.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
• Accurately update job information using PDA/mobile technology.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with residents.

Requirements

• Plumbing experience and qualifications.
• Carpentry experience and qualifications.
• NVQ, City & Guilds, or Diploma in Carpentry or Plumbing.
• CSCS Card.
• Experience using PDA/mobile working systems.
