What You''ll Be Doing Carrying out a wide range of Major works-in occupied residential properties-and Void maintenance- Completing carpentry and plumbing repairs to a high standard. Undertaking plastering, tiling, decorating, and locksmith works as required. Diagnosing faults and delivering first-time fixes where possible. Providing excellent customer service when working in tenants'' homes. Ensuring all work is completed safely, professionally, and within agreed timescales.
