Hours: 42.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
Location: North West London
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: -24.73/hour on UMB or -19/hour on PAYE

Role Overview:

We''re looking for a skilled and versatile Multi-Trade Operative to join a busy responsive repairs contract to Carry out responsive repairs in occupied and void social housing properties. You''ll deliver maintenance across multiple trades, including plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling, and decorating, ensuring residents homes, Social Housing remain safe and functional.

Requirements:

• Valid UK Manual Driving License (DL)
• DBS Check (we will process at offer stage)
