Multi Trade

I am looking for a Multi Trade based around Suffolk to work for a Housing Association on their day to day repairs team. This role is a permanent contract with a salary of -37,000 per annum including call-outs and comes with a company van and fuel card.-

The Multi Trade will be responsible for:

• Working in tenanted council properties across Suffolk-
• 2nd fix maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering & tiling
• Working on the call-out rota 1 in 8 weeks

The right Multi Trade will need:

• Experience working in council properties previously
• Wide skill-set for multi trade work
• Clean and valid UK driving license
• Willing to have DBS Check-

In return the Multi Trade will recieve:

• Total package of -37,000 including call-outs
• Company van and fuel card
• Permanent contract
• Holiday pay and sick pay
• Generous company pension
