Working Across various areas (within 45-60 minute drive)
£180–£200 per day

AllPro Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established client for experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to work on large social housing contracts across various areas. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing, long-term work with a reputable contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• General property maintenance
• Kitchen and bathroom rip-outs
• Radiator replacements
• Garden posts
• Repairing leaks
• Replacing taps and mixer showers
• Wall and floor tiling
• Carpentry
• Painting and decorating
• Plastering
• Working at heights and using ladders where required

Requirements

• Proven experience in multi-trade work
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards
• Own tools required
• Own van required

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00am – 4:00pm
• 40 hours per week

Pay & Benefits

• £180–£200 per day
• Free or subsidised travel
• Free parking
• Ongoing work on long-term social housing contracts
