General building and facilities maintenance. Basic fault finding, inspections and minor repairs. Identifying and reporting defects requiring specialist attention. Completing maintenance records using our CAFM/mobile reporting system. Supporting specialist electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and fire engineers. Carrying out surveys and asset verification. Managing basic van stock, tools and materials. Maintaining clean, safe and operational work areas. Working in line with RAMS, Work Package Plans and railway safety requirements.
