Multi-Trade Maintenance Technician Temporary!Location: London (Zone 1)Monday to Friday Salary £45,000 per annum pro rata to an hourly rateThe RoleWe are looking for an experienced, reliable, and skilled Multi-Trade Maintenance Technician to join an experienced maintenance team on a temporary basis. You will be responsible for carrying out reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and general property upkeep across the portfolio of residential properties.The ideal candidate is hands-on, takes pride in their workmanship, and is committed to delivering excellent service.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, carpentry, decorating, basic electrical work, and other multi-trade tasks.Complete planned and preventative maintenance inspections.Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests.Provide clear job updates, including before-and-after photographs where required.Complete work to a high standard, minimising repeat visits.Represent our client professionally when interacting with residents, guests, contractors, and colleagues.Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working order.Identify and report any additional maintenance issues or health and safety concerns.RequirementsMinimum of 5 years'' experience in multi-trade maintenance or property maintenance.Proven experience working within residential properties (student accommodation experience is advantageous).Full UK driving licence preferred.Strong communication and ..... full job details .....
