We''re currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable Maintenance Contractor in Hereford for an experienced Multi Trade Operative with experience fitting Kitchens and Bathrooms to join their maintenance team.This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and dependable tradesperson to secure consistent, full-time work delivering kitchen and bathroom fitting and upgrades to social housing properties in the midlands region. Location: HerefordStart Date: ASAPHours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per weekDuration: OngoingPay Rate: 220 per dayKey Responsibilities:Carrying out kitchen and bathroom installs to social housing propertiesPlumbing: Minor repairs to pipework, taps, toilets, and domestic systemsCarpentry: Hanging doors, fitting skirting, architraves, and general woodworkPlastering and Tiling: Patch repairs and splash back tilingPainting and Decorating: Internal finishing, including prep and touch-upsEnsuring all work is completed to a high standardRequirements:Previous kitchen and bathroom fitting experience is essentialExperience across plumbing, carpentry, plastering, and paintingNVQ level 2 or City and Guilds in Carpentry or other relevant trade qualificationMust have CSCS blue cardMust have public liability insuranceOwn vehicle and tools Strong attention to detail and a professional approachInterested in working with a company with a great reputation and working in a role that will make a difference to peoples lives?
