Your new roleAs a Multi-Skilled Joiner, you will be part of a busy and supportive Repairs and Maintenance team delivering responsive repairs across residential properties.This is a varied, hands-on role where you will: Carry out joinery works alongside a range of multi-trade repairs Complete tasks such as basic plumbing, tiling, plastering, flooring, and damp and mould treatment Work in both occupied and void properties Provide a high standard of customer service when interacting with residents The role is full-time (39 hours per week), with an early finish on Fridays and participation in an out-of-hours call-out rota. What you''ll need to succeed NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Joinery Proven experience across multiple trades including plumbing, tiling, plastering, flooring, and damp/mould work Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage your own workload Full UK driving licence Ideally, experience within social housing or a similar environment What you''ll get in return Salary of £40,090 per annum + Call out payments Company van and fuel card (business use) 27 days holiday + bank holidays, with option ..... full job details .....
