With a strong focus on residents and community impact, the organisation takes pride in maintaining homes where people feel comfortable and supported.Your new role As a Multi-Skilled Joiner, you will be part of a busy and supportive Repairs and Maintenance team delivering responsive repairs across residential properties.This is a varied, hands-on role where you will:Carry out joinery works alongside a range of multi-trade repairsComplete tasks such as basic plumbing, tiling, plastering, flooring, and damp and mould treatmentWork in both occupied and void propertiesProvide a high standard of customer service when interacting with residentsThe role is full-time (39 hours per week), with an early finish on Fridays and participation in an out-of-hours call-out rota.What you''ll need to succeed NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in JoineryProven experience across multiple trades including plumbing, tiling, plastering, flooring, and damp/mould workStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage your own workloadFull UK driving licenceIdeally, experience within social housing or a similar environmentWhat you''ll get in return Salary of 40,090 per annum + Call out paymentsCompany van and fuel card (business use)27 days holiday + bank holidays, with option to buy more39-hour ..... full job details .....
