Multi Trade Operative - Void Properties Location: Redhill and Surrounding Areas Salary: £36,000 per annum Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week Benefits: Company Van and Fuel Card 35 Days'' Holiday Excellent Pension A well-established housing provider is looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join its maintenance team, working across void properties in Redhill and the surrounding areas. This is a hands-on, multi-skilled role focused on bringing empty properties back up to a high standard and ready for re-letting. The ideal candidate will be confident carrying out a range of carpentry, plumbing and property refurbishment works, with experience in kitchen and bathroom fitting highly desirable. The Role Working as part of a skilled voids team, you will be responsible for completing a variety of maintenance and refurbishment works, including: Carpentry and general joinery repairs Plumbing repairs and installations Kitchen fitting and refurbishment Bathroom fitting and refurbishment Door, frame and ironmongery repairs Tiling and flooring Painting and decorating Patch plastering and making good General property maintenance and finishing works Preparing empty homes to a high standard ready for re-let Working safely and professionally in line with company procedures Required Proven experience as a Multi Trade Operative within housing maintenance, property refurbishment or a similar environment Strong carpentry and plumbing skills Experience of kitchen ..... full job details .....
