The ideal candidate will be confident carrying out a range of carpentry, plumbing and property refurbishment works, with experience in kitchen and bathroom fitting highly desirable.The RoleWorking as part of a skilled voids team, you will be responsible for completing a variety of maintenance and refurbishment works, including:Carpentry and general joinery repairsPlumbing repairs and installationsKitchen fitting and refurbishmentBathroom fitting and refurbishmentDoor, frame and ironmongery repairsTiling and flooringPainting and decoratingPatch plastering and making goodGeneral property maintenance and finishing worksPreparing empty homes to a high standard ready for re-letWorking safely and professionally in line with company proceduresRequiredProven experience as a Multi Trade Operative within housing maintenance, property refurbishment or a similar environmentStrong carpentry and plumbing skillsExperience of kitchen and bathroom ..... full job details .....
