Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Trade Engineer to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis in Coventry. We are looking for a reliable, skilled and professional individual with experience in property maintenance, repairs and general multi-trade work.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high professional standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out general property maintenance and multi-trade repair work.

• Diagnosing faults and completing appropriate remedial works.

• Undertaking repairs across various trades, depending on experience and job requirements.

• Completing plumbing, carpentry, brickwork, plastering, painting, decorating and general handyman repairs, where competent.

• Ensuring all work is completed to a professional standard.

• Maintaining a safe, clean and organised working environment.

• Working independently and managing tasks efficiently.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Multi-Trade Engineer, Fabric Engineer or Property Maintenance Engineer.

• Practical experience across multiple maintenance trades.

• Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and professionally.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Own van and tools are essential.

• Reliable, punctual and professional approach to work.

Pay and Benefits

• £45,000–£50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
