Do you have a proven track record in repairs and maintenance? Are you a skilled Multi Trade Operative who thrives in a fast-paced, reactive environment? If so, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

We are looking to recruit a Multi Trade Engineer to join our Reactive Maintenance Team. The successful candidate will have a core trade in Plumbing or Carpentry, with additional multi-trade skills such as brickwork or roofing highly desirable. The role involves travelling to commercial and retail properties across the South of the UK, carrying out high-quality repairs and maintenance works.

Our services include reactive maintenance, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and large-scale projects. We pride ourselves on quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive and planned maintenance works across multiple sites
• Undertake a wide range of tasks including:

Roofing

Brickwork

Carpentry

Plumbing

Decorating

Tiling

Minor reactive repairs (e.g. toilet blocks, waste clearance)

• Complete jobs efficiently, safely, and to a high standard
• Work independently or as part of a team, using initiative to resolve on-site issues
• Ensure all works comply with Health & Safety regulations
• Accurately complete job reports and communicate effectively with the office team

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade (Roofing, Carpentry, or Brickwork highly advantageous)
• At least 3 years’ trade experience
• Proven multi-trade maintenance background
• Ability to work in a reactive, fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
