£21 - £23/hour
I am currently looking for a Multi Trade to work on the voids team for a social housing provider in in the East Northamptonshire area. The role is ongoing work and comes with a company van and fuel card.
The Multi Trade will be responsible for:
- 2nd fix joinery work such as door hanging and skirting boards
- 2nd fix plumbing such as toilet changes, basins and taps.
- Finishing skills such as plastering and tiling
The right Multi Trade will need:
- NVQ or City and Guild in core trade
- Clean UK driving license
- Social housing experience preferred
In return the Multi Trade will receive:
- -2123 per hour paid weekly (CIS or PAYE)
- On-going contract
- Company van and fuel card
- Potential for permanent work in the future
