They carry out their own repairs and maintenance, operating in occupied and empty properties. This role is specifically based in and around Exeter, although the HA has a national presence. The business would like to hire 1 additional experienced Multi Trade person with a carpentry and/or joinery background and either a C&G or NVQ trade qualification. The ideal person will have demonstrable experience with in either the Carpentry, with the ability to turn their hand to other trades also eg basic tiling, patch repair, general maintenance, basic plumbing eg fixing a leak. These role is being offered on a temporary to permanent basis, offering genuine security as well as a company van, fuel card and fair benefits including travel expenses and more. The working week is Monday to Friday 8am to 430pm.
