They carry out their own repairs and maintenance, operating in occupied and empty properties. The business would like to hire 1 additional experienced Multi Trade person with a either a C&G or NVQ trade qualification. The ideal person will have demonstrable experience with in either Carpentry or Plumbing, with the ability to turn their hand to other trades also eg basic tiling, patch repair, general maintenance, basic plumbing/carpentry, depending on your core trade plus general repair works. These role is being offered on a temporary basis, for a period of 6 months initially and is available to start ASAP. The working week is Monday to Friday 8am to 430pm.
