You will be working on responsive repairs, carrying out internal maintenance to occupied properties. You will need to be competent in carpentry or-plumbing and other light skills in flooring, decoratring and plastering and be open to learning other skills with a pro active approach to work.- The successful candidate will have: Qualifications in one of the following: Carpentry, Plumbing,-Building Maintenance Multi-trade Repair and Refurbishment Operations or similar.
