This is a hands-on role, with the main focus on internal and external window and door repairs. The successful candidate will have strong carpentry skills and experience working within residential properties, ideally within social housing or a similar maintenance environment. A company van and fuel card will be provided for travelling between properties. Main Duties Carry out all aspects of internal and external window repairs. Repair and maintain single and double-glazed windows. Diagnose faults with windows and identify appropriate repair solutions. Carry out repairs to window frames, fittings, hinges, handles, seals and associated components. Undertake door repairs and maintenance, including internal and external doors.
