If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.I m recruiting on behalf of Your Legal Costs, a well-established and respected specialist in the field of legal costs, who are looking to add an experienced Multi-Track Costs Draftsman / Costs Lawyer to their growing Drafting Department.The RoleThis is a varied, hands-on role where you ll be responsible for preparing and negotiating complex costs documentation across a range of case types. You ll work closely with solicitors, clients, and colleagues to deliver accurate, timely, and commercially focused cost services.Day-to-day, you ll be:Preparing and serving Multi-Track Bills of Costs and Precedent S style BillsDrafting Costs Budgets and dealing with Precedent R negotiations and Precedent T amendmentsPreparing N260 Statements of Costs and attending CCMCs where requiredProviding expert support and guidance to both internal teams and external clientsIdentifying opportunities for efficiency and continuous improvement within the drafting processStaying up to date with CPR developments and costs case lawTraining and developing junior colleagues and assisting with ..... full job details .....
