Salary: -35,000 - -45,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)

About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced Multi-Skills Lecturer to join our dynamic team at a leading Further Education college in Merseyside.
This is a full-time, permanent position delivering high-quality teaching across a range of construction-based disciplines, including (but not limited to) carpentry, joinery and brickwork.

As a key member of our Construction & Engineering department, you''ll play a vital role in shaping the future of our learners, helping them develop the practical skills and confidence they need for successful careers in the trades.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons across multiple construction disciplines
* Support learners in both workshop and classroom environments
* Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback
* Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance processes
* Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
* Support the college''s commitment to continuous improvement and learner success

About You:
We''re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive, and dedicated to student achievement. The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven industry experience across a range of construction trades
* Recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
* Level 3 or above in a relevant construction discipline
* Experience in delivering multi-trade skills within an FE or training environment
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
