In this rewarding workshop-based role, you will deliver hands-on, practical training across key construction trades-including Painting and Decorating, Tiling, and Plastering-guiding learners to build confidence, acquire qualifications, and prepare for successful careers upon release. What You Will Be Doing Practical Trade Instruction: Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality multi-skills construction modules covering Painting and Decorating, Tiling, and Plastering within a safe workshop environment. Student Progression and Qualifications: Guide learners through course units, supporting them to achieve formal trade qualifications and develop practical, job-ready skills.
