Rate: -20 p/h CIS
Contract: Temp to Perm

We''re looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Worker to work for a Social Housing Client in Mancheste. You will be working on a mix of refurbishment, maintenance, and repair projects within social housing. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same - from 1st fix stud walling to installing kitchens and bathrooms.

• Proven social housing experience

• NVQ Level 2 in any trade

• Valid UK driving licence (max 6 points)

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

• Asbestos Awarness (Preferred)

• Competent in plumbing, plastering, joinery, tiling, brickwork, and general maintenance

• Joinery tasks: fitting doors, windows, kitchens, flooring, and more

• Carry out plumbing, plastering, tiling, groundworks and other general maintenance duties.

• Deliver high-quality work on both void and tenanted properties

• Work safely and efficiently, in line with health and safety regulations

• Meet deadlines whether working alone or as part of a team
