Multi-Skilled Tradesperson

Our client is looking for a skilled and reliable Multi-Trader to join their team for a range of renovation projects across Oldham. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of tasks including Joinery, Plumbing, Plastering, and Painting, helping to transform properties to a high standard. Position: Multi-Trader Location: Oldham and surrounding areas Duration: 2 Years (Ongoing Work) Pay: 160 per day Key Responsibilities: Undertaking various renovation tasks including joinery, plumbing, plastering, and painting. Ensuring work is completed to high standards in a timely and efficient manner. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment on site. Working closely with other tradespeople to ensure project deadlines are met. Requirements: Proven experience as a Multi-Trader with a strong background in multiple trades. A valid CSCS Blue Card is essential. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Own tools and transport preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
