Multi Skilled Tradesperson

Nelson Permanent Placements are currently recruiting for a Multi Trader to join a friendly and supportive construction company as a Customer Service Maintenance Operative. This is a field-based role covering various sites across the East Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced multi-skilled operative to work within a customer-focused environment, delivering high-quality remedial and maintenance work across both active and completed developments. The key responsibilities of this role as a Multi Trader: Provide a high level of customer service and aim to resolve issues on the first visit. Carry out a range of repair and maintenance tasks to a high standard. Complete jobs efficiently, ensuring customers are satisfied and sign off the work. Plan your daily workload to make the best use of time and materials. Attend scheduled appointments on time with all required materials. Carry out general snagging and remedial works from instructions or drawings. Protect customers homes while working and leave areas clean and tidy. Report any risks or issues to the relevant person. Maintain your company vehicle, tools, and equipment in good condition. Work closely with site teams and support where needed. Qualifications and skills of a Multi Trader: At least 4 years experience in a similar role. Strong skills in carpentry, plaster patching, silicone work, decorating, and basic plumbing.
