About the Role As a key member of our team, you will be involved in all aspects of residential construction and maintenance projects. This role requires a proactive and versatile individual who can deliver high-quality work across multiple trades, working effectively both independently and collaboratively.The ideal candidate will likely have a core competency in carpentry or wet trade but must possess a solid, demonstrable understanding of associated trades to handle project finishes and snagging efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Primary Trade Proficiency: Executing high-quality work in your core trade (e.g., carpentry, plastering, or general maintenance) to a high standard.
