This role requires a competent and versatile Carpenter with strong experience carrying out a wide range of joinery, repair, and maintenance works to a high standard within occupied and void properties.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out repairs and maintenance to timber doors, frames, sash windows, and UPVC windows and doorsComplete all aspects of carpentry and joinery worksMeasure accurately and submit detailed joinery orders for replacement items including box frames and timber doorsDiagnose faults and carry out repairs to windows, doors, locks, and associated fittingsUndertake associated multi-trade duties including basic plumbing, tiling, and making-good worksEnsure all works are completed to a professional and high-quality standardWork safely and efficiently across occupied and unoccupied propertiesMaintain excellent attention to detail and customer service standardsRequirementsProven experience in carpentry and joinery maintenanceStrong experience repairing sash windows and UPVC windows and doorsAbility to accurately measure and submit joinery requests/ordersCompetent carrying out basic plumbing and tiling worksStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and manage ..... full job details .....
